Nurture Green especially love community projects. Nurture Green have laid a hazel hedge in the woods with volunteers, tree planting sessions at school, sensory garden for secondary school pupils with learning disabilities and also primary school landscaping projects. Each project is unique and tailored and we encourage educational hands on learning with the pupils, also involving the teachers, parents and local businesses.
Nurture Green thrive on using the outdoors to inspire and discover peoples potential. We work closely with government work programmes and support individuals with disabilities and mental health by providing additional opportunities, an holistic approach to career advice and developing personal qualities to get a step closer to securing employment. Individuals can be referred via the return to work programmes such as 'Workchoice' and the 'work programme'. Individuals receive comprehensive tailored work experience as well as mentoring and career advice specific to disability or situation.
Nurture Green welcomes self referrals, so if you are looking to gain some work experience, advice, and most of all a reference we encourage you to contact a member of the the team to discuss your situation and see if we can be of assistance.
